We ship with PostNL domestically and with DHL in Europe.

That means order shipments to you are our responsibility until it reaches your doorstep; both domestic PostNL and international DHL parcels.
Return shipments (for returns or exchange) or the responsibility for the client, until delivered to us.
Within the Netherlands, the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours after dispatch, weekends and holidays not included. Please note we dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders made on those days before 16.00h CET will be dispatched the same day.
