Returns & Exchange

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.

You can inform us you want to return an item by sending us an email at hello@donabe.nl.

Please give the following details about the item you wish to return:

1. The invoice number on the packing list

2. The item name and/or number

To help us satisfy our customers’ wishes as fully as possible, please also state the reason for the return. Please ensure that you pay the correct postage price.

If the postage price is insufficient, the remaining postage costs will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received and processed your return. Your order will be fully refunded as quickly as possible, including the shipping costs of the order (unless it’s a partial return) – no later than 14 days after Don Abe has confirmed receipt.

Please note: the customer remains fully responsible for any packages returned until they are received by Don Abe.

– Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging

– Items that have been used/damaged
